ABN Textiles India Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2004 — but the looms had already been running for thirty years by then.
The company was founded by Ayodhya Prasad Gupta, Narender Gupta and Manish Gupta, who began their journey as handloom weavers in 1975. What the three of them built over those decades became the foundation of a textile company with a single stated purpose: to raise the standard of upholstery, blinds and curtain fabric made in India.
That intent still shapes how the company runs. Our guiding idea is to stay dynamic, modern and genuinely useful to our clients — which in practice means an operation geared to absorb both the urgent order and the significant one, for buyers across the country, without either compromising the other.
A specialised in-house design team works directly alongside our own manufacturing floor. Jacquard shuttle looms, dobbies, multihead embroidery, digital print and foil printing all sit under our roof, so a design can move from drawing to woven metre without leaving the building.

The jacquard loom is where ABN does its best work. Pattern built into the weave rather than printed on top of it — so the motif has depth, holds its definition through use, and carries the weight a luxury curtain or a sofa needs. Two directions run side by side: the ornate classical repertoire, and a cleaner modern line.
